Cast Glass Catch All

This Minimal, faceted dish is made by Richmond based artist, Morgan Gilbreath. Made from a transparent coral colored glass, each catch-all is kiln-cast, faceted, carved, and ground to a smooth, satin finish. Perfect size for jewelry, keys, or treasures. Hand-washable and can (if desired) be conditioned with a tiny drop of olive oil.

Dimensions: Approx. 4.5" wide and 1" tall.

Morgan Gilbreath's design products serve as a natural extension of her studio practice while fulfilling her desire to share with others.  This supplemental practice provides her with a more thorough understanding of technique and intent on a human scale.  Through rituals of making and re-making, the artist further explores themes of structure, renewal, and chance.  The result of this creative process is a series of sustainable, handmade objects that exist in the service of a joyful contemporary life.
