These coil-formed stoneware vases are made by Richmond artist and designer, Meg Morrison.
With a background in graphic design and wood turning, Meg's unique forms and palette blend both interests with her newly found love of ceramic material. Each vase is named by her children and yes, they do resemble the human form in an exaggerated and abstracted way...that is intentional.
All vases come with a hand-turned cork stopper with the exception of Penny, Penny being the tallest and largest of the bunch will not be stopped.
Every handmade piece at Alma’s is a story of its craft.
